✍️Standard Digital Signature

Create a professional digital signature directly on our canvas. Perfect for signing documents, contracts, and approvals. Your signature stays local on your device - never stored on our servers.

1. Open the Signature Canvas

   Go to the home page and scroll down to the "Sign Your Document" section. You'll see a blank canvas ready for your signature.

2. Customize Your Pen Settings

   Use the controls on the left:

   • Pen Size: Adjust from 1 to 20 pixels using the slider
   • Pen Color: Click the color picker to choose your preferred color
   • Background: Select transparent, white, or light background

3. Sign on the Canvas

   Click and drag on the white canvas area to draw your signature. Your handwriting will be rendered smoothly with natural curves. You can sign as many times as you like - just use the Clear button to start over.

4. Download Your Signature

   Once satisfied with your signature, choose your preferred format:

   • PNG - Best quality, supports transparency
   • JPG - Smaller file size, no transparency
   • WebP - Modern format, best compression, transparent

5. Use Your Signature

   Insert the downloaded signature into documents, emails, contracts, or digital forms. Your signature is now ready for use anywhere.

Upload a PDF document and let our AI automatically detect signature fields, guide you to the right location, and help you sign your documents efficiently. Perfect for batch document signing and forms.

1. Navigate to AI-Integrated Signing

   Click "AI INTEGRATED" in the main navigation menu to access the advanced signing tool.

2. Upload Your PDF Document

   Click the upload button and select your PDF file. Supported file types:

   • PDF files (.pdf)
   • Maximum file size: 50MB
   • Multi-page documents supported

3. AI Detects Signature Fields

   Our AI analyzes your document and automatically identifies:

   • Signature boxes and lines
   • Form fields requiring signatures
   • Common signature locations
   • Confidence scores for each detection

4. Review & Adjust Detections

   The AI shows all detected signature fields with green boxes. You can:

   • Accept AI suggestions (click ✓)
   • Reject incorrect detections (click ✗)
   • Manually add missing signature fields
   • Adjust field boundaries if needed

5. Sign Each Field

   Click on each detected or marked signature field. A signature canvas will appear where you can:

   • Draw your signature
   • Customize pen settings
   • Undo and redo as needed
   • Clear and retry

6. Review & Confirm

   Review all signatures on the document. Each signature field shows:

   • ✅ Status indicator
   • Signature preview
   • Timestamp (optional)
   • Edit option to re-sign

7. Download Signed Document

   Once all signatures are complete, download your fully signed PDF with all signatures embedded.
